This class is offered freely, so that these valuable practices is available to all. Donations are welcomed.
We will introduce and practice a variety of meditation techniques. No meditation experience is necessary. There will be several shorter meditations, finishing with a longer "sit" each week. Meditators may sit on the floor or on chairs, according to their preference.
You will learn tools to help you live a richer and more peaceful life.
