This Morning Yoga Practice is for You!


Tuesdays, 9 am – 10:15 am

Thursdays, 9 am - 10:15 am

This class is a gentle yet energetic way to get your body into better shape. Building each posture from the ground up, we will work on building more strenght, flexibilty and stamina to take into your day.
