Each week we will learn and practice tools which will help you in feeling calmer, more at ease and more able to carry on during this unprecedented time in our history. You will be able to share your thoughts and feelings with others, while using tools to help you on your journey through these trying times.
No Yoga or Meditation experience is necessary. Once you regsiter, I will send you instructions in how to join. I'll also be able to answer any issues you may have with the technology or how to join.
