Meditation Helps! Join one of our FREE Weekly Zoom Meditation Groups to check it out. No experience at all is necessary and you will experience benefits immediately. Wednesdays at 6 pm, we meet for one hour and learn/practice several different types of meditation.
Thursdays at 12 pm is only a 30 minute practice, ideal to join during your lunch time.
