Understanding Breathing Exercises During Yoga
While it has been used for centuries as a way to relax, heal, reconnect, and rejuvenate the practice of meditation has many other amazing health benefits, some which mainstream communities and medicine is still just now beginning to understand or accept. At the heart of deep meditation practices the concept known as breath meditation and it is an important part of reaching a higher level of peace and rejuvenation.
Breath meditation focuses in all your attention on your breathing- nothing else. As you empty your mind and let your body fully relax, your mind focused on controlling your breaths to be slow and deep and relaxing and your focus is on each breath and how it feels as it enters and leaves your body.
